Example of Rental Cashflow: if you buy a 3 or 4bd home today at $100k with financing, and your monthly payment is ($600 mortg, $100 tax $70 ins) totals about $800 you can rent this home at a minimum for $1298 (even using Section 8 Housing Assistance). This means a $498 gross profit per month! Sure you will need to put a side a small portion of profit for on-going maintenance/repairs (say $98/month) but your monthly cashflow is $400!!!!
